There are 4 meetings every month. Weeks 1 and 3 are 90-minute Mastermind trainings with your team and Coach Chris. Weeks 2 and 4 are 30-minute one-on-one coachging sessions with Coach Chris.
Coach Chris will train you on key mindset skills that improve your focus, motivation, confidence, communication, clarity, consistency, and ability to influence. Then the entire group will help one another apply those skills to their individual sales process.
No. You need this time to apply what you are learning to the work you are doing, so Coach Chris does not add any additional responsibilities. However, sometimes members call each other for extra support, accountability, or to bounce ideas off each other. Some even continue on as support partners long after the coaching is done.
The Winners Circle is a high-commitment, high-impact coaching experience. There are 12 mandatory Mastermind trainings you must attend over the 24-week process. If you have to miss more than one of those, you will be removed from the team. The 12 one-on-one coaching sessions are more flexible. If you have to miss a coaching session, Coach Chris will provide you dates and times so you can reschedule.
